Miguel Noronha


A business director and consultant for over 10 years, Miguel worked for large companies in Spain, Portugal and Brazil. As Director of Focus Consultoria, Miguel specializes in Strategic Marketing, Market Positioning, Customer Relations Management, and Electronic Marketing. Marketing Professor at top ranked universities throughout Brazil.

He studied Business Administration at PUC/RS (Catholic University in Rio Grande do Sul) and has both Master’s and Doctoral degrees in Marketing from Universidade Nove de Julho in São Paulo.

He co-authored CRM – Conceitos e Estratégias (CRM – Concepts and Strategies), and Ensino e Pesquisa em Administração (Education and Research in Administration), both published by Editora Atlas.
