She founded BR Insights Consulting in Consumer Behavior and Culture, developing ethnographic, semiotic, and cognitive research for clients including Citroen, Pepsico, Toyota, Telefonica, Bradesco Seguros, Banco Panamericano, Editora Abril, and Editora Elsevier, among others.
She maintains a Consumer Behavior blog at Huffington Post and has authored books and scientific articles published worldwide.
